Micronova Infotex is an associate of Micronova Impex Pvt Ltd, a 20-year-old multi-crore company.  Micronova Impex is in the business of import/export of microwave/electrical systems and components, dealing with companies in USA, Europe, China and Taiwan. Some important Principals/Customers of Micronova Impex are Cooper Bussmann (UK), Dielectric (USA), Ritter Starkstromtechnik (Germany), Lenoir Elec (France), and ABB (India).

As part of its on going diversification plan, Micronova Impex has founded Micronova Infotex.

The management team of Micronova Infotex comprises of technocrats having more than three decades of experience in the electronics, IT and BPO fields (Directors’ profile attached).  They have extensive experience in strategic planning, project management and marketing in electronic and software industries in India and abroad. BPO Division

Micronova Infotex has set up production facilities for its BPO operations in its head office building located at Basavanagudi, Bangalore. It has installed computer workstations in the production hall of 500 Sq Ft area.  In addition, it has a separate cabin of 132 Sq Ft area for the main Server system. All the workstations and the main Server are connected in the Local Area Network. Micronova is using the Airtel Broadband services for its Internet requirement. It has a standby DG set to provide the backup power in the event of BESCOM power failure.

Micronova Infotex has started executing BPO projects in administration domain since Jan 2007. With its well-established processes, the company has been able to ensure timely delivery of work with accuracy level of higher than 99%.

The company has plans to set up its second BPO site at its own premises located very close to its main office building.
