In addition to the usual spell checking tools we use custom visual basic tools that can identify words which could be contextually wrong. For medical dictations, we have a qualified doctor to go through the transcripts before they are returned to the customers.

Privacy - Members will be able to access only their respective folders, and the entire data transfer is done in a secure fashion using 128 bit encryption, akin to on-line credit card transactions
